Paul Clement

Paul has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning start-up hedge funds, global asset managers with AUM in excess of $70bn, and major investment banks.

He has acted as COO, CFO, and CCO across multiple jurisdictions including Ireland, Bermuda, Cayman, the US, Poland, Luxembourg, Malta, and Jersey, covering a wide range of structures such as Master/Feeder funds, LP/GP vehicles, Funds-of-One, SPVs, Managed Accounts, and UCITS.

Prior to founding Clement Advisory in 2018, Paul held senior operational and compliance roles at firms including Baytree Advisors LLP, Alva Capital LLP, Castilium Capital LLP, Visium Asset Management, COMAC Capital, Fortress Investment Group, and Old Lane LLP. He began his career at Bank of America in 1999.

Paul has led numerous funds through successful capital raises and institutional-grade due diligence processes, working with pension funds, family offices, funds of funds, and global institutions.
